I know it's the end of July, but I'm finally experiencing the first days of nothingness that makes summer vacation so wonderful! I taught a couple of days this week and have spend the rest of the week working soduko puzzles, doing some crafts, laying around, reading, catching up on TV, blurfing (blog-surfing), etc. Since this blog is called "Craft-n-Chat", maybe I should share some crafts with you! These are some pictures of the Girlcation gifts I made for Rachel and Nancy (and myself!) Girlcation Gum - these are the Trident gum pieces in the individual bubble packets. I used the existing cardboard slide-wrapper as a template and used new pccrafter graphics to personalize it.
The next picture is of the Girlcation Mints I made - even easier than the gum! I just made little labels (again with pccrafter graphics) and stuck them on the mint boxes. Can't get much easier (or cuter) than that!!!
The last picture shows the Gift Card Cases I made especially for Girlcation 2008. Inside I stuck gift cards - Bath & Body Works for Rachel and On The Border for Nancy (I knew she didn't want B&BW ... it's just soap and lotion, you know!)
